Trustpilot CANT be trusted. I recently put on a review of bad service from a company i Actually bought a carpeting from. ONLINE CARPETS, trustpilot deliberately removed my review challenge information technology was fake. I sent the card payment transaction equally proof that i had bought from ONLINE CARPETS, But no, that weren't proficient plenty for UNtrust WORTHY pilot. They said and did every trick under the sun to protect their paying client, and balls to the wronged heir-apparent. It is non a review company yous can rely on they are firmly against a truthful review being given. Luckily there are dozens of HONEST sites i could and did post exactly the same review on, they are honest at to the lowest degree. Mr Bignall professes that I employed Commitment Drivers in the UK, in his video "Blackness Economic science ACES Briefing 2020" - that is non the case.....I was never employed by him to utilise others.

I order a kit for broadband to install it myself and soon later on I receive the kit I received a text message that my net is activated fifty-fifty I didn't connect the device and as well,in the box it's a flyer with an QR code to activate my service when I want However it looks similar I am non in control of activating my service when I desire and it'south how virgin media wants. On 27th of October 2021, around 10:10pm, I did a transfer from my raven account to roqqu account @Finecyndy, the sum of seventeen thousand naira only. The money left my raven account only never reflected in the roqqu, have ship a mail and chat but no response. The ravens people attended to my mail and said the money was send to roqqu but roqqu people have been mute for days at present.
Disappointing feel with an AC/Heating Company
It has taken me weeks to make up one's mind if I should write this review near Air Done Correct. It pains me because this company most three years ago saved me another Air conditioning company that was not ethical with me.
I chosen Air Done Right in early on October about a humming dissonance coming from 1 of our blower fans in the attic. It as well had stopped but just once. The tech that came had not serviced my AC prior. When he came in, I am pretty sure he would have had to hear the humming. In one case he got upwards in the attic, he had a very hard time finding the fan and I had to direct him via prison cell phone.
Long story short, he told me my furnace was in bad shape and for our safely it should be replaced. He took pics of my furnace and said found a separation of the eyelet on heat exchanger. When he showed me the pictures it was hard to make out anything. When it came to the blower fan, he said the capacitor was running week. Since I did not want to have an event, I told him to replace the capacitor. That was a cost of $325.00. After he left, I started to wonder then I got a second opinion. Firstly, the new tech confirmed the blower fan was separating and DOES Need TO Exist REPLACED. This should have been very evident to Air Washed Right. That is why is information technology humming and very loud when on. So, the coin I spent on the capacitor will go to waste matter because it will non fit the new blower. Secondly, I was told that if indeed this tech took the photos of the eyelet on the heat exchanger that he would basically would have had to disassemble the furnace which would have taken hours! So, the photos he should me I suspect were from another furnace. I was likewise told the gas lines to the furnace had been disconnected. The tech from Air Done Right did not tell me verbally or write in his report he had separated the wires from the gas valve. I approximate he was thinking when I turned the furnace on it would not have gone on confirming I needed a new furnace.
Very disappointing only a lesson well learned.

Just bought an HP Envy 6000e Printer. You follow instructions on line, all seems in order yet it will not print and then you are forced to ask for help at HP support. First fee £five which did not assist in the messaging. Then yous attempt to to talk to someone on the phone, £27 fee. This is a rip off! The software is clearly gear up to force people to buy HP services. I now understand why HP Printers were the just ones left on the shelves in the shop! It is outrageous that HP strength people to pay for installing their Printer. I am returning the printer to Curry'southward to exchange it with a more customer friendly Company!!

I have gone to enterprise and Orbitz and neither company will except whatsoever cash deposit or utilise of a credit bill of fare that isn't the driver so I take roadstar coverage merely can't get a vehicle which with my injured foot means I'thou useless I stuck without a means of getting around. I typed in the redeem code on the back of the card.
Merely unfortunately the screen said the menu was not active.
I look information technology dorsum to Argos to see if they could activate the card.
Unfortunately both staff members were poorly trained and didn't know what to do.
I then asked for a refund or a replacement bill of fare.
They both refused and said that I need to contact Microsoft.
Equally I pointed out to them both I bought the card from Argos not Microsoft so I would expect that they contact Microsoft and in the meantime give me a refund.

On 09/03, I bid on a few items & received electronic mail notification that I had won the items. LC had encouraged me to enroll in Machine PAY and then I wouldn't have to pay for shipping costs
I enrolled in A.P. & received an electronic mail to verify I had successfully enrolled iin A.P. Since it was my showtime fourth dimension using A.P., I reached out to their "customer service" team via LIVE CHAT to insure my orders will exist processed properly.
Their representative Vandana assured me that I was indeed enrolled with A.P. & assured me the items will be processed through auto pay.(I have copies of the chat as evidence)
The following day; I received notifications that the items had expired due to not payment! I was furious since I was told the guild will be processed & paid for through A.P. With no farther action from me! I chosen their customer service line & spoke to Jean who told me there was a "glitch in the system" & the society was non candy correctly. Equally if she was doing me a favor, she said she was able to manually process TWO of the items I had won merely the other two were sold out & no longer available!
Equally I was listening to the nonsense she was telling me, I logged on to their site & found the two items I had won 48 hrs earlier back on the auction site! I asked her how a sold out item can appear on the auction list if it'southward "sold out"? Her robotic response was CLEARLY from
a pre-formatted list of responses & didn't answer the question of why a sold out detail is available again. She said it's probably a error simply told me to bid on information technology Over again! Then( she was telling me to bid on an item I HAD ALREADY WON, which she claimed was out of stock & was now at a college than my previous Bid amount!! I asked why wouldn't they only right the mistake and transport me the items instead of posting it once again. She said that's not how the organisation worked & she could not "observe" the items! All she had to practice was go along their site and she'd "detect the illusive items" which I had won & paid for through A.P. only 24 hours earlier!
I asked to speak to a supervisor but of course; there none were Bachelor! I was promised someone would phone call me back within 24 hours. The problem was noted in my account in hopes that the "back office" could resolve the problem!
Equally of 08/06, I still have Not received s call from a supervisor nor have I been contacted by anyone from the "back part" to help resolve the issue! I'm guessing the supervisors at LC are in a different time zone than the residuum of the world since three days after; I'm withal waiting to receive a call back from the "customer service supervisor"
Adding insult to injury; I bid on both "sold out" items Once more I won ane of the items at a slightly higher corporeality than I had already won but "lost" the bid on the 2d particular!

& for the nigh function; the process went smoothly. On occasions that a problem presented itself, the issue was resolved by speaking to a customer service representative. I don know if they've had a change in management simply they are now a complete & total rip-off!
I'm sure that tbe "glitch" occurred because they believed they could've gotten a higher bid for the items. My suspicions were confirmed when I won one of the items at a higher price, the transaction was candy immediately through Machine PAY & I received an invoice for the order within minutes! I was out bid on the second "sold out" detail which had reappeared on the site after I had won it earlier at a lower bid corporeality!!! (I keep repeating that fact since I really believe LC thinks the buyers are ignorant to the scheme they've created)
I am so disappointed & disgusted by this clear allurement & switch tactics at SHOP LC. If they're not going to laurels their ain behest policies & cheat the buyer by claiming a "glitch occurred", the item is sold out" yet re-list the item again shortly after! Why not simply put a "minimum bid amount" on their items & not waste customer'south fourth dimension?
They patently DON'T care at all or have any respect buyer's time. To those who are considering making a purchase from this site, please BEWARE! Items you bid on may "sell out" but sell at a college bid a few hours later! These people need to learn a lesson from the customer service team at JTV(jewelry idiot box).
I recently purchased a silver bracelet from them for $49.99. When information technology arrived, the clasp was cleaved. I chosen them in society to commutation it. I was told not to waste my time returning the bracelet A new one was shipped out overnight AND I received an unexpected, unsolicited credit of the full purchased toll for my "inconvenience" on future purchases! THAT is what customer care & service is nearly! I will gladly go on to shop & recommend them to anyone looking to purchase cute jewelry at great prices with awesome customer service. Paid for delivery . Order emailed to me confirming delivery date of 2nd August.
Waited all solar day, no delivery.
Contacted Homebase customer services who said information technology would take two days to contact the courier! No mention of whne the mower would be delivered.
To get my money back I have to wait for the item to be delivered, then drive a round trip of over 20 miles to the nearest depot , who, hopefully will refund me.
A 'don't care '' attitude. Poor service and in honesty, a lie when they said a sure date for delivery.
